Welcome to Custom Therapeutic Massage
We are a small practice that offers various modalities of massage. From Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, reflexology and couples massage. Each massage is customized to fit your needs. Services
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses more pressure and precision on tense muscles and knots. As much pressure will be applied as what is comfortable to you. Knots that have built up over time will sometimes be "buried" under layers of muscle and tissue. This requires a lot of work and sometimes very deep pressure to work these knots out. Typically, more pressure is used to reach these areas. However, some people can not tolerate the deeper pressure. Unlike many other therapists, I can use technique as well as medium pressure to achieve the same, if not better results. I make sure to relax the muscles, then ease in with deep tissue techniques. This includes thumbs, elbows and extra time on these areas. I want you to enjoy your deep tissue massage and leave feeling BETTER than when you walked in.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is for those who are just looking to relax or for some stress relief. This is the type of massage you will receive if it is your very first, as your muscles have to be relaxed before deeper work can be performed. Light to medium pressure is normally used, but more can be used if desired. Swedish massage is generally a full body massage, as there typically are no problem areas that need extensive work.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage delivers a combination of results. Water heated stones are used during the entire massage to soothe tense muscles and deliver deep relaxation from their warmth. Any amount of pressure can be used, as the stones are used with my regular techniques of a Swedish or deep tissue massage. Hot stone is both relaxing and therapeutic. Finger shaped stones can be used for deep tissue techniques.
Reflexolgy
Reflexology involves pressure points on the feet. These reflex points lead to other parts of the body. Thus, inducing deep relaxation.
Therapeutic massage
Our signature Therapeutic massage delivers ultimate relief. This treatment involves a 90 minute deep tissue massage that includes hot towels, prossage warming deep tissue oil, hot gel pack for back, and bio-freeze. You will only find this treatment at Custom Therapeutic Massage.
60 minute de-stress massage treatment
This signature treatment is ideal for pampering and relaxation. You will receive a 45 minute aromatherapy massage, followed by a hand cream treatment and a foot scrub treatment.

We operate by appointment only.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. FOR CLIENTS WITH VOUCHERS, YOUR VOUCHER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REDEEMED AFTER 15 MINUTES OF FAILURE TO SHOW FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. This will serve as payment for your missed service. If you wish to schedule another appointment, you will be required to prepay 100% of the full regular price of the service at the time and this is non refundable after 24 hours prior to the appointment.
